When you are using loose lay floors, it can be just as quick and easy to fix a gap. If the scratch is too deep to fill, you can usually replace one board without affecting the rest of your laminate floor. And since you’ll be bonding blocks of wood together, wood glue with better wood to wood bonding is preferred.
