Mopar Floor Mats Vs Weathertech

When it comes to jeep wrangler floor mats, or any other accessory, you can’t really go wrong with genuine mopar parts and accessories. I went this route, 2 german shepherds that love to ride, shed, and generally wear test the interior made bedtred a good alternative to moveable, sliding mats.

Interested in WeatherTech® vehicle protection but not sure

I have the mopar mats, no real issue and they do give descent coverage.

Mopar floor mats vs weathertech. I had the weathertech on the front only of my 2014 bighorn. Way less expensive than mopar or weathertec. Winter is quickly coming and i need some good floor mats of the complete coverage type.

Here is my opinion on the subject: Not a big deal, but the sides didn't sit tight against the carpet. The mopar mats look good, but from what i'm seeing, the wheather tech mats looks like they'll do a better job of containing any mess with how high they appear to rise around the edges.

We bought weathertech for both of our honda vans (2009 and 2019.) my ram came with the heavy duty mopar mats. My truck came with the mopar mats. I have tried them both;

Now i've seen a picture of the weathertech mats installed, and they look like they cover a good bit of the floor (except for the dead pedal), does anyone have. I'm debating weather to either get the mopar brand 4 piece slush mats or the weathertech 2 piece set for the fronts. I prefer the mopar but they do make it a little more difficult to dig into the bins in the rear.

I never had issues with weathertech mats moving around either, but they don't typically clip in like the oem set. Between that and the $100+ dollar shipping, i decided to try the mopar all weather floor liners. Mopar are easier to get in and out in my opinion.

Here are some pics of our first ever set of weathertech mats. Plus the weather tech mats don't appear to have the deep tread block design so they'll be significantly easier to clean. However afriend of mine has the weathertech mats in his d.

In the winter when there is alot of snow and slush it will give slightly more protection. The mopars are prettier, but they're a softer compound and will likely wear out quicker. Feeding on the success of their floor mats, they quickly ventured into the deflector market.

Got weathertech (front only) $127 for wifey's mazda 3 & mopar front & rear for my current jeep cherokee $120 At the top of their product list are digitalfit floor mats, designed by computer and measured by laser to match the exact specifications of your front and rear rows. So much easier to clean !!

I bought the mopars for the front and rear of my 19 laramie. Weathertechs cover the entire floor pan area and so they do a better job of keeping crap out of your carpet. Discussion starter • #1 • nov 21, 2012.

I've had weathertechs before, and will eventually replace these mopars. Quality wise, i don't think there's really much difference between weathertech and mopar mats. Weathertech vs husky liner floor mats admittedly, weathertech is the more widely known brand for floor mats, but husky offers similar floorboard protection and quality, often at a lower price.

You hear a but coming? Its about 3/4 of an inch difference. I like that the mopar mats have a drain hole that lines up with the drain hole in the floor, and that they clip into the floor too.

Weathertech is one of the biggest names in the aftermarket game. What started as a set of bmw floor mats for a friend has morphed into a full lineup of weathertech floor mats, possibly the most popular car mats on the market. As an alternative to mats that install over carpet, there's bedtred rubber floor coverings that replace the carpet.

I found the rear cargo area mat very useful cuz i dislike vacuuming sand out of auto carpet. The mats were a little pricy but in the long run we think they will have been more than worth it. They fit as well as weathertechs, albeit with a little less coverage.

A full set of weather tech's or. If they are like the mopar slush mats for rams, they will leave uncovered gaps of carpet that can still get crap on them. Any thoughts on the set sold by quadratec here:

We just got them last friday and i installed them on sunday along with the door sill protectors and some other goodies like the rear bumper guard and the mpx throttle body. The weather tech and husky mats come up a little higher on the carpet walls. Weather tech mats for 2011 grand cherokee

I have always run weathertech but the last few sets i had in grand cherokees started to warp after about a year. And as expected, the weathertech vent visor lineup and weathertech vent shades are
